2. Our technical team will check your complaint and process your query within 24 working hours.
3. After approval from the technical team, our pickup person will collect the defective product from your doorstep within the next 24-48 working hours. We will update you regarding courier tracking by mail. Please keep your product ready with packing.
4. After receiving a defective product we will replace / repair (As per LCARE policy) product and send to your doorstep. We will update you regarding shipment tracking by email.
5. The whole process takes around 7 - 10 working days.
6. We will charge Rs 75 for the pick up of the defective product, Replacement Delivery will be free of charge.
